Our Terms & Conditions:
All small parcels will be carefully packaged and despatched via Royal Mail. Larger parcels will be sent via courier and will require a signature on delivery. The following locations are classed as remote by our courier and will be subject to an additional £16 postage charge which will be billed separately after checkout.

We will post your orders as soon as possible once cleared payment is received, subject to stock. Where new supplies are required the parcel will be despatched within 3 business days following the order. If there is any reason why this could be longer you will be notified immediately.
We can not be held responsible for any items being damaged or lost in the post. We always retain proof of postage and in the event of an issue we will assist you in any way possible with a claim.
In the event of items arriving damaged any returns must be notified to The Pink Sweet Shop within 24 hours of receipt and must be returned to The Pink Sweet Shop by recorded delivery to arrive within 3 days of your notification email. The Pink Sweet Shop can not be held responsible for any items being lost in transit. Once the items have been returned we will send replacements or refund the purchase price or issue a tore credit, as agreed with you. Postage and packing charges are not refundable once an item has been despatched.
If for any reason onced purchased you change your mind, we will be happy to recieve the goods back via recorded delivery and a store credit will be issued.
If you are unable to sign for a courier delivery after two attemps then your item will be sent back to us and a store credit will be issued for the purchase price.
We will not send you out of date sweets but we may recycle our packaging boxes to minimise our effect on the planet. They will not be old, broken, torn or not fit for purpose, but just pre loved and good to go!
In the unlikely event you have a complaint about our sweets, please let us know by E mail, once we receive them back we will forward them onto the manufacturers to get their comments . At no point we will be able to refund you if the sweets are not sent back.
Our stock is temperature controlled however once they leave us for delivery we cannot be held responsible for any temperature damage to such sweets as chocolate, chews, jellys, gum, and hard bolied sweets.
